Price list & agreements

  • Merch Rev. offer two type of operations cost:

    — 25 % - If Merch Rev. produce more than 80% of the products.

    — 30 % - If Merch Rev. produce less than 80 % of the products.

    Below is included in Cost of Operations:

    — Webshop if merch-rev.com/shop is used.

    — Transaction fees with Mastercard, Visa, Klarna, Google Pay & Apple Pay

    — Product photos

    — Product handling and inventory

    — Logistics

    — Customer Service

  • Merch Rev. handles all products in Clients shops and Client need to use Merch. Revs. warehouse service. Cost is SEK 39/month per shelf space (40x60x30cm) and is deducted from settlement.

    Deliveries to Merch Rev. warehouse and stock management included in cost. 

  • A shop at merch-rev.com is always free.

    If Client would like to open their own webshop on a unique URL the cost is SEK 15 000, incl. backend, front end design, inventory setup, URL setup, payments and more. 

    If client has its own webshop a Site Management fee of SEK 699 is added each month, and is also deducted from settlement.

  • Merch Rev. offer the following settlement periods:

    — 1 month

    — 3 month (standard if nothing else is agreed)

    — 6 month

    Settlement will be transfered to clients preferred account or used to buy more products for the webshop. Standard is a transfer but client can change whenever they want. 

  • No marketing investment is included in this agreement except for the investment Merch Rev. does in merch-rev.com webshop by their own terms. The Client is responsible for marketing their webshop and their products.

    Merch Rev. has a team of specialists in digital marketing if client want to use our service to help boost the shop.

  • If client use merch-rev.com for shop all shipping agreements is included (SEK 79/order up to SEK 999 after that we offer free shipping).

    If client use a unique webshop URL free shipping is not includedI and if client want to offer free shipping above a set order amount, client need to inform Merch Rev. Cost of free shipping is SEK 63,20/order in Sweden and €9 in Europe.

  • Merch Rev. is the sole owner of all shops if nothing else is agreed. 

    Client own all products sold in the shop and have the right to take the products from the warehouse whenever they want.
